Duane is a lifesaver and extremely friendly guy. I was passing through Cincinnati and had a recurring electrical issue with my my small RV. I called all over Cincinnati and even surrounding areas. He was the only one that would take on my project of a 1998 Volkswagen RV and agreed to take a look at it the next day. Andrew spent quite a bit of time tracking down the problem, but they got me back on the road that day, and at a very reasonable cost. It turned out that he had done work on my parents cars when they were alive and also has done work for my extended family and the former Leugers Fine Furniture fleet.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with car repair. I worked with Ricky on a claim for damage done to my car. He was straightforward with the time estimate. When I asked if he could try to get it done a couple days sooner, he said he would try but couldn't promise anything. He ended up coming through! He also negotiated with the car manufacturer to get an official replacement panel when the insurance company was only paying for an after-market one. The work was completed beautifully. And when the insurance company didn't reimburse me for the amount he expected, he realized he had made a mistake and refunded me the amount. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
